I know alot of work can be done on white seamless using flashes to get Pure White, Grey and even black...

Im just getting together bits and bobs for my first home studio, i would also like to try my hand at green screen Chroma Key type of work too!

Rather than buying white seamless, green seamless or even blue paper, could i stack up some green gels to get a decent enough background for that type of work?

I know there will have to be 0% of wrap to pull this off, but im just wondering if it will work?

Im thinking of making some Diy gels for my Calument genises 400's fire at the background with 2 bifold doors, and a diy beauty dish with a 430ex2

Thanks for your help

Oh...Hello :)

White doesn't render colored gels very well. Black or grey does a better job at giving you a colored screen
