I found the knurled ring on the ConnectR-2 was scratching the camera body, so I used some heat shirnk tubing to cover the offending parts. 1Dx, 1DM4, 5DM2, 7D, EOS-M, 8-15L, 17-40L, 24 TSE II, 24-105L, 50L, 85L II, 100L, 135L, 200L f/2.8, 300L f/4, 70-200L II, 70-300L, 400Lf/5.6

r.kristoffersen Member 37 posts Joined Jan 2010 More info | I have both the BR-5 and the LL. The reason I decided to order the LL as well was because that I find the BR-5 for some situations a bit bulky and that the BR-5 is connected to the podmount. You´ll have to unscrew the podmount when using a tripod, which some find to be a hassle. The LL is more discrete (smaller shoulderpad) and you can fasten the LL to almost any part of the camera body you desire.
