Hi All,

Over the Memorial Weekend, a took a few pics of my son's 14 and under team. You CC's are most welcome. Thanks for looking.

Nice shot on the last one. To bad with th back ground, but sometimes you don't have much to many angles to pick from. I would crop everything out but the batter & ball.

Thanks for the comments. My son ripped a double down the line on the last one. Definitely cropping would help as would as f2.8 lens :)

Or getting closer, shooting vertical and using the full focal length (if not already- couldnt see any exif)

I'm surprised the umpires allowed whatever the pad or sweatband is on the pitchers elbows.. that's generally a no-no at any age for a pitcher. The second one is kind of cool, even with the poor defensive stance after the pitch. Agreed on last one.. maybe crop some more of the right hand side out to eliminate some of the distractions?

I think the armbands were allowed because they were black. Certainly they would be banned if they were white. I liked his intensity in his pitch. I thought the second pitcher was kinda interesting even if follow through was not so good. Not surprisingly, he actually fell to the ground on one of this pitches. And the last one, yes crop, and go vertical -- that way I could zoom in more.
