Posting a small review of the filters going head to head which was reviewed by a great landscape photog who goes by the name of Matt Lauder. If you ever get the chance, take a look at his work. His images are truly inspiring. It's taking forever to get this filter. Enjoy the read. :)

Dang man, you're still waiting for it? When I saw the thread title, I figured that you received the filter and would be posting some pics. Since you hadn't, and I'm behind you on the waiting list, I guess its just more of the same. I'm heading to Monument Valley/Hunt's Mesa in the near future...hopefully I'll get mine before the trip.

Unfortunately, I'm still waiting. :(

I saw that review a while ago and it's a good article!

I have the Lee BIG stopper and it's great! Sorry Julian! :-p But if I was a pro photographer I could see advantages in having both. The B+W gives a nice warm colour cast to it were as te Lee has a very cool cast.

There's a small review/first impressions of the Lee on my blog. Just wish I had time to get out more and use it! Maybe I should start hiring it out!! Lol.

Thanks for the information. Been looking at maybe getting the B+W but this is another idea to think about. Hmm...

If you ask me, I would go for the Lee over the B+W. The blue cast is easily corrected in post. :)

The problem, when starting from scratch.. is that you need more than just the LEE filter, You need the folder and adapter too... :(

Yeah. That's the unfortunate part.
