I looks like it may have been intentional, but it seems to be a bit too warm and washed out. Would like to see it white balance corrected and a contrast boost.

I would suggest using flash fill or, at least not having such a bright background which detracts from this lovely young lady.

IMO, I would also say fill would make a big difference here. It seems like you pushed the photo a bit to brighten the subject. It's a bit flat too, and the color balance looks too green I think. Try a manual setting and expose more to the background, and use flash to brighten the foreground. Try to keep objects from like trees from being directly behind the model. Keep her smile though...

Eyes look a bit soft to me and for girls I try not to pose them square to the camera it takes away some of the femininity. Try turning her slightly and a flash or reflector would be a great help here. I also agree about the stuff coming out behind her head it is a bit distracting.
