My first post on the forums.I'll try to behave. :)

I hope this is an appropriate forum to post this.

Shot some auto-x recently with the thought of eventually selling to the drivers. I really need some critique. These are 2 shots that I thought might be of interest to a driver. I have been following the "Tad frustrated" thread and thought the most obvious statement in it was to ask the drivers what would interest them. As I am in the mode of practising my photography right now I have not done that but would in the future.

XTi, Canon EF 70-300 USM IS (mode 2), Tv mode 1/200, F10, ISO 100

Thank you,

Jeff

Ask the mods to move this into "Photo Sharing - Motorsports" rather than talk.
You'll get more people seeing it there and you'll get more comments.
But while I'm here...
There's nothing really earth shattering about them. They're OK, but that's about it.
They both look a bit over exposed - but that would have been a bugga with the amount of light reflecting off the concrete
With the open wheeler, you've just clipped the tip of the exahust
With the convertible, I'd either clone out the witch's hat, or if the image has been cropped, leave all of it in - just not half of it.
Also clone out the persons feet in the top r/h corner
Try to make the shots look a bit more interesting by including some of the surroundings to give the cars more of a presence, rather than just a car on a block of cement.

Thank you.

I'll see what I can do about getting this moved.

Is there an easy way to contact mods to have this moved or just:

Hey mods, please move this to Photo Sharing - Motorsports! :)

Jeff

G'day mate,
Just send one of them a PM.
There's a list of mods somewhere on the forum - just can't remember where to find it.
