I've been looking into the Pixel TR-332 setup, and would like to know if any 7d owners have had success using these.

I've read through CliveyBoy's awesome thread on them, and also through the reviews that his thread linked to. In one of those reviews, the reviewer commented that the 7d wasn't compatible with the TR-332, particularly in regards to HSS (high speed sync). However, I've been unable to find any more user comments regarding this camera/trigger combo. I'm trying to gauge if his experience was an outlier or the norm.

Nightdiver - the 7D has passed factory testing.

The reviewer you refer to had a beta version which failed the same way on other cameras, including mine. A user in a recent Chinese forum posting claimed the TR-332 worked successfully with the 7D.

Thanks for the update Clivey. I saw your statement about the April manufacturing in the other thread. Now the only trick is to figure out how to grab a post April unit. I'm expecting all sunshine and rainbows when I pose that question to DealExtreme.
