so im looking at buying a "PT-04 Wireless Flash Trigger Kit with 3 Receivers", specifically this one http://cgi.ebay.com …ories&hash=item3a55e8e701 (external link). my main concern here is that in the description is says "Sync Speed From 1/125S to 1/250S" and another set of ebay triggers i looked at said sync speed of 1/200th. i didnt know the transmitter and receivers could limit the your sync speed. i thought that in manual mode with the right flash you could use a sync speed of lets say 1/1000th. im going to be shooting sports and would like to use higher sync speeds between 1/500th and 1/1000th. can someone tell me if im going to have high speed sync problems with these ebay triggers. any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

i'd spend a little more and get the Yong Nuo RF-602's.

better frequency range, and sync speed up to 1/250.

there should be a thread either on this page, or the next on them. a lot of positive reviews, and i use them also.

a lot of sellers on eBay carry them too.

if you need sync speed that are that fast, you'll need to spend a LOT more on your triggers.

To get shutter speeds that exceed the normal flash sync speed of your camera, usually 1/200 or 1/250, you need a flash that is compatible with ETTL and High Speed Sync and wireless triggers that transmit this info. It is not going to be any $39.95 EBay triggers. You are talking Radio Poppers or the newest Pocket Wizards.

Like has been said above, those triggers are limited (at best) to the native max synch speed of your camera. Likely 1/250. Some of the ebay triggers cannot even meet that. High speed sync is a function of canon flashes and require the use of the ettl system. Wireless ettl options are begin at a couple hundred and go up from there.
