LR3 Release Teaser

Yesterday a video clip appeared on the Adobe TV site for a few hours and then disappeared.

It is a marketing ploy that Adobe has used several times before, apparent "leaks" or mistimings, usually on a Friday or Saturday to allow time for the generation of anticipation and speculation over the weekend (hey, I'm playing their game myself.)

We may considerate it, with caution, as an indication that release is immanent.

I would have to imagine that since ACR 6.1 was officially released last week, LR3 cannot be far behind since ACR 6.1 rounds out the features needed for full integration with Photoshop CS5 like automatic lens correction. I'm waiting patiently for LR3 to be released so I can go ahead and reformat my workstation and install it with CS5.
