Just shot a nice wedding last night. I think it came out really nicely.

Wow, great images Dan!! I am really drawn to the father/daughter dancing and the shot where the bride is about the toss the bouquet. What do you do for pp? I really like your style. Very clean, crisp and in the moment. Oh and your blog design is excellent - easy to read, clean design.

Well, thanks! @kiley

It was a fun wedding to shoot for sure. This was the first time that I did remote triggered flashes for the reception. I positioned two SB-28 strobes on stands one on each side of the head table bouncing off the ceiling into the dance floor. They completely turned off the lights in the house so all the reception pics were pretty much lit by flash (AF was a pain!)

My normal PP workflow is

Import everything in adobe bridge, tag and rename, for the blog I edit everything in photoshop, opening in adobe camera raw.

I use for actions:
Josh De Rox Colorshift (external link), Totally Rad (external link) & PhotoTools (external link) in CS 4

I'm glad you like the blog, too. I have to import the rest of my content, but I think it will be really nice once it's all populated. :-)

Dan I love the shots you have posted and think you did a wonderful job. Keep up the good work. I shot my first wedding as a second shooter this weekend (in Lincoln btw) and found it tougher than I thought. I really appreciate those who can do good work like you have shown after experiencing it first hand.

Nice @BlackSunshine. Thank you for the kind words. I'd love to see the outcome of your wedding shoot, too!
