This was shot back a few months ago. I wanted to do some experiments with light painting.

The shot was an 84 second exposure shot at f/22, ISO100, 18mm.

I first painted my friend into the photo using a flashlight to illuminate him. Then he moved out of the frame and I spun my DIY light rig around to create the orb. The light rig was a bunch of christmas lights bundled together. This was my 2nd attempt at light painting and I'm trying to get back into doing more.

This was a very fun shoot! I think my friend and I did this at about midnight. There's some other of me goofing off writing obscene things with a flashlight next to him and his bass amp and some other orbs. I tried doing multiple, but don't have the co-ordination to swing two things of christmas lights.
