I took out PhotoShield Professional Insurance at Focus last year, and renewed in March this year. It is brokered by Winsover Howden - who appear to have set up the scheme - underwritten by Sterling Insurance.

However, a few weeks ago they (the brokers) issued a notice that they were "moving" the cover to another insurance company (for reasons I wont go into here) they assured us we were still covered and told everyone to ignore any letters that we received from Sterling!

Anyone else have insurance through these people? I'd like to know what you have been told and what you propose to do. I am assuming that anyone having PhotoShield cover will have received all the various emails and letters that I have.

Thanks

TJ

Theres threads like this in all the other forums I am a member of TP DWF

My policy with Aaduki was due for renewal at the beginning of last month and I swapped to Photoshield as they were recommended at the MPA induction day which I had just attended.

They told me at the time that they were swapping to another insurance company and I had some issues getting my insurance documents off them which they blamed on this swap over but then I received all my documents last week so assumed all the problems were fixed,

On my documents it says the insurer is the International Insurance Company of Hannover.

The most worrying thing I have read is a thread on DWF where it says that the directors have gone to Florida and no actual cover is in place ... dont know if thats correct though ..... still wishing I had stuck with Aaduki though.
