I´ve been shooting motorsports and panning fast moving car is not really that hard but man I was surprised how difficult it was to shoot these guys with wide angle. My panning shot keeper rate was pretty low. I think I need more practise and slower corner next time :D
Any C&C much appreciated

Very nice shots! I love, 1, 2, 3 outstanding shots! I was wondering what lens did you use. Very sharp, indeed. Please keep posting ( I am cycling fanatic).

Look good Vesa. Where was your shutter speed. Looks like 125s range.

Yeah, nice shots. Showing some good emotion. It's definitely harder to pan with a short lens close in, than a telephoto.

I used 100-400 for close ups and 16-35 for WA shots. Have to say those 100-400 shots are not sharp. Sold the lens day after the race. Just wasnt happy with the performance

Thanks Danny. Yeah I started with 125 but went up to 160

Thanks. Yeah it sure is. I´ve been shooting DH riders with WA lens and it was ok but these guys just go so much faster. Or maybe Im getting older and slow :D
