Let me give you a little background first. I have been doing photography for roughly 10 years. But started doing photography professionally about a year ago as a second job. I shoot the studio shots in my house. From this last order I received I have enough money to either upgrade to a totally new (and better) website that looks more professional or one strobe w/stand + PLM.

My current gear....
Canon 7D
Canon Rebel XTI
Canon 24-70L F2.8
Canon 50mm f1.4
Alien Bee's ABR800 ring flash with 30 + 56 inch softboxes.

I only have one strobe and need another one, but I believe buying a new nicer website might get me more business.

Here is my website. www.ProjectNineFive.com (external link)

If you can revamp the site to where it brings in new business, it will more than pay for an extra strobe.

Having said that, I don't think websites are THAT important once you begin networking and getting word of mouth bookings. I get more work via facebook and WoM than my website. In fact, what I'm busy as heck doing now isn't even on my site.

Did you lose Digital Photo Professional (DPP)? Get it here (external link). Cursing at your worse-than-a-map reflector? Check out this vid! (external link)
