i'm yet to test an LED lighting setup. going for continuous lighting as sometimes i'm involve in filming.

never tried those so i can't say anything about it. i'm pretty sure coupled with something like softbox will give you the result you want.

yah CJ is right. why do'nt you experiment with your two 430ex ii first off camera. buy 3 yn603 triggers and play with it. or the yn622c so you can control the flashes in your camera.
