I was working on my website last night and ran accross this image. I just keep coming back to it and love it. I got up before sunrise and hiked up to this spot for the sunrise and caught this sheep. I never thought I would take sheep images with a 10-22mm lens but that's what it took that morning. I'm working on getting more of my sheep images up on the website soon. Seems like such work to get a website up, I hope it's worth it once I'm done so I can share with friends and family.

I was working on a few more images for the website from that magical morning and found this one. I would like to tell you the pretty blue background is some grand natural feature of the landscape but in reality there was a fire in the area. By the time I shot this image some of the smoke had moved into the valley. The blue smokey haze is the background and it makes for an interesting feature of the image. This is the same sheep on the sunrise photo about an hour later.

both are fantastic images!

Thank you hex and all. I appreciate the nice comments! It makes it fun when you work hard to create art and people appreciate it.
