Great shots of Yosemire ;)

How did you shoot number 5 I take it that it is a HDR one shot metered for the rays and one for the background and one for the foreground?

It is a great shot

Bracketed +2, -2, 0 -then used merge to HDR pro from Bridge to Photoshop CS5. Then adjusted sliders to bring out detail in the sky.

Great shots! All the shots are great, and I like how the deer shot brings variety into the series.

The picture was taken in Big meadow, the same place as the deer shot. The meadow is actually quite "Big". Over 4000 acres of it burned last year. If you are going to Yosemite, is it is a must see. Best of all there are no tourists there. There are several very burnt trees still standing, and a significant amount of small bushes and wild flowers have already moved back in. I just continue up one of the dirt roads towards part of the meadow that didn't burn. This barn just looked like a must have shot. There is another barn right next to it that has some type of very old structure inside.
