a nice image, however, there is too much skin softening (blurring) on her cheek and arms IMO. I also might play around with desaturating them as well or using a common saturation level on the background and them. The diff in saturation is slightly distracting to me. But i'm sure she would love the effect. Sometimes photographers get too technical and don't think like a customer...
