I've been using PSE 8 all afternoon with no problems. Now I can't get it off the 'hand'. I click on another tool and it highlights it, but always stays on the hand. I haven't protected the pictures, tried some that I worked on earlier. Does it for RAW and JPEG. I've closed and re-opened the program a few times. Haven't rebooted the computer yet. This is not the first time it's happened, but it usually corrected it's self when I reopened the program.
Any ideas?

Rebooted the computer, still the same. I can create new layers and such, but can't use any of the tools on the picture.
Grrr...

I tried to bounce my flash off the ceiling once. Left a mark on the ceiling and broke my flash.

Thanks Ken!
I reopened the program several times and it finally worked. Really gets annoying! Hopefully some of these will work, the spacebar one seems nice and easy, hope it works.
Thanks again.

Have the same problem with CS3. Usually reset preferences but sometimes takes a few tries. Thanks for the info.
