Found these in Washington, just north of Seattle. The first one looks like a Rough-winged Swallow, or a Bank Swallow, but doesn't have the band across the chest. Possible a female Tree Swallow?

It's under exposed a bit and that gives it this light phase. I believe it's a Northern Rough-winged though. The second is a Flycatcher but too tough to tell which one.

Rough-winged Swallow
Willow Flycatcher

I looked at a few other photos I had of the swallow. I overexposed them all, but on some you can see a very slightly darker band on the chest.
