Anyone know if Think Tank will sell an individual lens cradle? What lens is it for?

I'm looking at buying a TT Glass Taxi tonight but it is missing the lens cradle. I know TT will not sell individual dividers but will they sell me a replacement lens cradle? (I need to make a decision right away so calling them is not an option.)

Also, is the lens cradle even needed with a 300 2.8 or is it for the 400L or 500L? I'm not anticipating ever having anything larger than the 300L.
