Lately been using fedex cause they come by around 1pm ![]() (Which my Sigmalux should be coming in at about 1pm tomorrow )Yep they come around 1 pm alright. Just had a package come yesterday at 1pm but....I paid for 1-3 days air and guess what I got it on day FIVE! I had been calling them everyday after it didn't arrive when it was supposed to and the customer rep said he would be putting in a claim because there is a money back guarantee so I will get back some of the $70.00 that I paid to get it here. 5D MarkII | 50D Canon 17-40mm|55-250 | 60mm Macro | 50mm 1.4 | 24-105L IS | 580EXII | 70-200L F2.8 IS II | Ultra Zap 800 |StarFlash 300 X2 | AB 400X 2 Flickr

Soooo moral of the story is.....there can be trouble with any shipper! where did it ship from/through what hub? both fedex and ups couple days ago an hub or two closed/delayed because of weather.

It started off from Boise ID but they delay happened when it got to Mississauga, Ont. Then it sat there for two days before coming to Thunder Bay, Ont. It sucks having to be Canadian and 99% of any gear I order or in this case a converter for my 5th wheel trailer have to be ordered from the US because Canada never has the stuff or the prices are so outrageous! 5D MarkII | 50D Canon 17-40mm|55-250 | 60mm Macro | 50mm 1.4 | 24-105L IS | 580EXII | 70-200L F2.8 IS II | Ultra Zap 800 |StarFlash 300 X2 | AB 400X 2 Flickr

No it went through the border no problem, fedex said it was either the airlines couldn't go due to weather or a plane malfunction. 5D MarkII | 50D Canon 17-40mm|55-250 | 60mm Macro | 50mm 1.4 | 24-105L IS | 580EXII | 70-200L F2.8 IS II | Ultra Zap 800 |StarFlash 300 X2 | AB 400X 2 Flickr

I wish!! Thanks Chatty. I've had my eye on this lens for about a year now and after researching and reading all the posts on this forum concerning the pros and cons, I've finally decided to take the plunge. I was somewhat concerned regarding the slow focus issues with it as I mostly shoot photos of my young nephews and nieces, who seemingly can stand still for more than a few seconds at a time, so I'll officially designate this as my "sit down, shut up and let me take your picture" lens. I'm quite keen to test it at apertures below 2.8. Should be interesting. Rebel Xsi w/BG-E5 | EF-S 18-55 IS(Kit) | 16-35L f2.8 II | 24-70L f2.8 |85L 1.2 II| 70-200L IS f2.8 | 580EXII | 430EX
