I have the XSi and the 18-55 I plus the 70-300 IS. I am headed to Yellowstone this weekend and the forcast is not good for clear days all the days I will be there. Would a 1 gallon zip lock bag do the trick? Charles

crn3371 Cream of the Crop  7,198 posts Likes: 2 Joined Mar 2005 Location: SoCal, USA More info | Jun 10, 2010 11:41 | #2 Ziplock or trash bag with a hole in it to accommodate the front element of your lens. Secure around end of lens with rubber band. A protective filter and hood will further help.
