It looks great. But, I agree with windpig - the right eye needs to be fixed. As well, I feel like the highlights on her shirt are a bit blown out.

B&W works fine but the blown highlights don't (no detail in her face). Other than that, it's a great shot.

Whilst this is a good portrait, I find my attention being distracted by the light background with the hand shape proving especially bothersome.
