Finally got to spend some quality time with this lens, and I must say I'm very happy, so much so that I took pictures of doors.

Lens came into today but have not dumped any of the test pics yet.

For me it will take a little time to get used to the focus ring turning since i have larger hands and so used to all my other lenses.

This Sigma balances very well on a battery gripped 60D though.

Regards, ;)

Yeah I find it a little top heavy on my ungripped 450d. Nothing too bad though and I am due a body upgrade soon! (Hopefully a 7d)

My wife is the leader for a local woman's church group (LDS Ward Relief Society)...they had a bread making activity last night. They learned how to make bread from scratch (no bread maker) and of course my wife asked me to come along and take pics. I was paid in bread and cinnamon rolls...

Ordered mine today from Norman Camera to avoid taxes. Living in NY it seems every retailer is from NYC which means an 8.5% tax for me. Cant wait to get it on my 7D!!!!

You'll love it, I rock it on my 7D and it just produces some amazing images.

Wow! These photos are extremely sharp. Any post processing on these?

I've got this lens with the T1i and while my photos are pretty sharp, these are REALLY sharp. Is that just a result of using this lens with the 7D body?

Just a little sharpening to compensate for the resizing. I can't really tell the difference from the original.
