Critique would be welcomed. I don't do 'people' portraits very often.

One suggestion is that I think the light seems a little harsh. In the first picture, which I think is the best in the series, the light is still harsh on the face. I think even a reflector could have helped a bit.

But they turned out really well overall, especially since portraits aren't your forte. Well done. Haha, believe it or not I love the super harsh sunset light in portraits like that. Not sure why. But thanks! Humans are not my thing.. dogs are. http://www.juliarosephoto.com

Love the lighting, composition and your model is very attractive. The first and last iamges are my favorites. Your model has very nice skin but she may like a little touch up here or there. Again, very nice series. My Gear: 7d, XTi, 17-55f2.8 EF-S, 70-200f4L, 28-135 Kit lens, 2-580EXii

Personally I would have eliminated the white sky and opted for backlit with a more solid background. I would probably would have shot without any filter to eliminate flare, though I think you did control that quite well considering shooting into the sun. It seems in #3 she is competing with the white sky since she's facing into it and and occupies the left side of frame.
