I'm in the U.S. I found one on Ebay from a digital store in New York with 834 positive feedback 100%! It's brand new and free shipping with the same price of 899 as BH and Adorama. I just don't know if it's Gray Market or not. I contacted the seller. I now that Adorama offers the Gray Market version so I figured if they do and they're a reputable seller then it should be ok for sigma?? Just like BH offers "imported" versions of their Canon lenses

First thing is to also check the feedback at resellerratings.com.

When it comes to direct import ('gray market'), the real question is what kind of support or guarantee will you get from the retailer?

In other words, check that the retailer will give you the exact same warranty as you would get if purchasing a US version, and be 100% certain they won't renege on that!

I thought the adorama grey market was $799. Same warranty, you just deal with them rather than sigma.

lens is sharp. It is fast enough for indoor floorball.

cannot wait until the next game to use it again.
