It is about the Finnish band PMMP; they're one of the most popular bands that sing in Finnish (of course, most of you have probably never heard of them).

The book is a tour photo book, so I've been photographing them on-the-road, backstage and on-stage. The book will be released in September 2010, according to the publisher.

If you mean that some of them have large areas of complete black, you're right, and that's an effect of being influenced - perhaps too much - by Anton Corbijn (I don't mean to imitate anybody - quite the oppostie - but I find some influences hard to resist).
