Please help me decide.

The Canon Loyalty Program is offering me to upgrade my G3 and/or S410. I have 3 options available to me:
upgrade to G11 for $250 plus shipping & tax
upgrade to SX10is for $200 plus shipping & tax
upgrade to Rebel XS for $360 plus shipping & tax.

Since I have 4 dSLR bodies, I am not considering the upgrade to Rebel XS.

However, which of the 2 p&s would your suggest I upgrade to?
And which p&s should I trade-in with?

Or should I just run out and buy a new Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS7 (my dad loves his)?
Thanks.

I got to play with the Panasonic recently and I've got to say, I'm impressed with the camera. Very nice image quality from such a small camera.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.

How much bigger? Do you know?
I am actually thinking of wanting one that I can easily carry around, since a dSLR is sometimes too big and heavy to lug with me.

Bigger that what? I think it's(G11) less bulky to carry around than the SX10. The G11 isn't a superzoom but it shoots RAW has a large sensor and with your discount is $100 cheaper than the ZS7

Ah ... I forgot the G11 shoots RAW. Thanks. Now which one should I trade-in? G3 or S410?

Do they give you an option to upgrade to the S90 IS?

Way more pocket able than a G11, has a pop up flash, shoots raw, and most important of all, f/2.0 on the wide end =)

How big? Take 2 pieces of wonderbread and make a peanut butter & jelly sandwich. Cut the sandwich in half and stack the two pieces one on top of the other. That's about how big.

The S90 is about the size of half the sandwich.

Just don't put the sandwich in your pocket.

I'm guessing they want both but if I had to choose between the two.. I'd keep the G3
