A friend asked me to take some shots of his band this week, so I quickly obliged. They're a local cover band and don't want to be taken too seriously, so people know that they're a party band. Here's one of my favorites from the night, with and without a texture overlay. How'd I do?

I like it a lot actually, I would just drop the opacity down on the texture layer some more.

I like the texture. It gives more character to the shot, and matches the "party band" theme.

I agree that the texture should be toned down a little but it definitely elevates the image.

I don't like when texture is on people personally, I prefer it just on the background.
