Nice, I guess these were done at night with some lighting? How do the skateboarders like the flash when they're trying to do a trick? :)

Also, #2... something about his face looks a bit off.

I've been shooting with Josh for 2 years and the Sunpaks were at around 1/4 power... not very bright. He's used to it. It's actually worse when we shoot with off camera flash during the day, because it takes so much power when you're stopped down to accomodate for daylight.

I'm bummed about his hand covering his face but this was the only land and one of few that I framed correctly. It's not my favorite but I felt like posting it anyways.

I find that on here my bmx shots don't really get much love. Cool lighting and comp doesn't seem to go down too well 'round these parts.

Agreed. Super tele lenses and stills taken out of a burst shot are all that matters round these parts I guess.

Hey, you givin' me lip? :)

I never shot any sports befor, so I don't know the procedure... If the weather is nice, I'm gonna let a friend man the 1D and I'll take my 7D with my 30 f/1.4 and have some fun at the ol' skate park again.

If you got anything else to say about my pics, say it in my thread! I need help!

I'd like to see some super tele skate/bmx stuff.
I've been shooting with my new 70-200 pretty much exclusively since I got it in April, I'd never had anything longer than a 50 before that, still no dolla's for a fisheye though.
