Barn Swallows in flight

Took a trip to Point Pelee last weekend. We were a couple of weeks after the migration, but still had a good time. Here are some shots of barn swallows around the marsh observation deck. These guys were hard to get a clean shot of in flight, but after a couple hundred I got a few that worked out. Decided to go with the slow shutter speed for some cool panning shots. The next day at the Red Bull Air Races was much easier getting shots in focus. These birds were tough!

Great shots....I would just about trade my first born to find a swallow perched that close....instead of the power lines I usually see them on.
