You're judging other countries by the broken US medical system. My taxes pay for full medical care, I just pay $40 privately so that if anything serious goes wrong I get into a private hospital with the best surgeons without waiting.

Probably not the place to talk about this though, the mods may get angry.

Hey, I pay darn good money to make sure others have free healthcare. Whether they need it or not.:mad:

That is really, really inexpensive Tim.....unless you have an obnoxiously high deductible. Glad to hear somebody is making out ok though :D.

My excess is $250. It's a surgical and specialist policy, if I wanted to add GP coverage it'd cost me maybe another $25 a month, what a ripoff! ;)
