You could try looking there. I think chemists sell them too. I use it in my garage to keep my tools rust free. I made up a cotton bag and fill it with the cat litter crystals. My Flickr

They are not magic and they cannot hold an infinite amount of water which is what they must do if they are not sealed to the outside air. If you don't believe me, go buy the version that has the color indicator that shows when they are saturated. Try that, and you'll see just how fast they saturate. Been there, done that. The trick is keeping the camera gear warmer than the dewpoint of the surrounding air. Unless you are storing this in tropical environments, I don't think you have much to worry about.
