Its very hot and bright during the day, I cant seem to get my historgram level. What ever I do I seem to have a spike somewhere. I have had them in the middle which I thought was weird. How to get rid of the middle spike.

All it means is that most of the colours in that image are in the nuetral area's....that's a good thing. If on the otherhand you mean indavidual lines throught the middle with big gaps in between...well then there's some sort of problem....I'm just not sure why you would get something like that....sorry.
