Yea thanx guys, I knew it could be photoshop but I saw the edit very similar from alot of people so I thought it was like a plugin or a different software... In this post they did exactly what Im looking for does anybody know of a tutorial for that? Thanx alot for your help! ;)

I use Photoshop CS3. I have come up with a few actions to add grain and texture to skin. If you have an account lynda.com has some excellent tutorials.
