wow. While I enjoy baths, I cannot imagine paying 222K (or 790K or even 44K) for one

Only fruit should ever go into a pie (other than meat pies, of course). Blueberries are my favourite fruit, but I do like many others.
Plus, I only like chocolate in smaller doses, as a glaze, or something like that. Oh, and it really needs to be dark.

Harm wrote in post #10440042 (external link)
Jim, what about a chocolate cheesecake?

BearLeeAlive wrote in post #10440089 (external link)
My favourites for pies, kinda in order but I am not that fussy are:
blueberry
rhubarb (with strawberries sometimes too)
peach
then the rest of the fruits :D

I lied, I also have a weakness for pecan pie, or butter tarts too. :p

New York style cheesecake for me! No chocolate, no fruit. Straight cheesecake with a cup of black coffee...mmmMMmMMMmmm.

Permagrin wrote in post #10440627 (external link)
Dan's favorite is lemon pie too. From scratch.

Gah! You were all talking about desserts and I missed it! This is my favorite topic of conversation :lol::lol:

I don't have anything to add, I just like everything that was mentioned above (well minus the coffee ):lol:

That's crazy. I can so see some idiot buying that copper one because it is beautiful and shiny just to realize it isn't going to stay that way unless they got someone polishing it with metal polish after every use.

When I tried to blow up the balloons my left cheek blew out, it seems it still does not have full strength. Closing my eyes still reveals to me a difference in strength too.

Sounds like a typical recovery, that last little bit seems to take forevah, but it too shall come.:D

What about pumpkin pie? Or is it a Bennet thing and you, like Pete, don't like pumpkin?

Hi Little. Sad about the coffee thing though.
Now I want lemon pie.

:o:o (idiot raises hand) Had no idea it wouldn't stay that way. I mean, I know copper oxidizes BUT I figured they'd do something to protect it. me=dork.

Lol, you were buying the 70K tub because it was shiny, weren't you?:p

I used to run a landscape company before I started mine. We had designed a copper fish pool and I guess the owner/designer and the client had it in their mind it would be pretty shiny copper with fishies in it. Yeah, no, that thing oxidized in like an hour  I bet at least 15K went into constructing it. They should have used a black rubber liner because I bet that's how it looks now.

I imagine it is protected somehow but really it's not going to stay that pretty without regular polishing.
