I hit 286. Not sure when this happened as I've been at the same 245 weight for years. I had lunch at T-Bell last week and they have the tethered chairs, I knew I had a problem when I noticed I didn't quite fit.

We have 3 baby coyotes frolicking outside our windows at work today. Probably 8 weeks maybe, no sign of mom. We really aren't in a rural area at all.

Lisa wish we lived closer ..we could loose weight together and walk maybe ..

well, my Wednesday football team literally dissolved at the end of the season (they were all witches), 60% of the team are moving to pastures new after their university stuff is all over. So I need to find a new team, or find a new activity before the weight comes on!

yeah, that would be nice. Dan's not much into walking. And when we do go together it's with the dogs so it's more like dragging. It's the one thing we've not been able to really get our dogs trained on. They walk okay with the canny collars though. I just wish they'd walk nicely without them.

Lisa I wished I had someone to walk with , I often want to go but nobody around to walk with and I'm not that fond of going alone .

I was watching this show on tv the other day...it was in Mongolia and they were showing a yurt. How cosy it is etc. They even had a tv...and had it wired up to a car battery to run it. I think it'd be claustrophobic though. But maybe not, since they have all that wide open country just right outside their doors.
