Electrify it :-)

Seriously I don't know. I still can't see how she managed it, we have been keeping a discrete eye out and so far she has shown no inclination to do it again.

We may have to set the video camera up if it does happen again.

Yep, that's what we had to do when I had my boxer. She would put her feet in the chain link holes and just crawl up and over the top! so we strung electric fence around the top. That put a stop to it. :D

One of my friends had a boxer that used to climb chain link fences. Dog hung itself when he got his collar snagged on one of the barbs on top.

The elementary school was behind our houses....there was an 8' high chain link fence between our yards and the playground. There was a jog in the fence that required some cross bracing....which made climbing the fence very simple and a quick shortcut to school in the morning. (Walking around the fence to the main entrance was almost 3/4 of a mile from my house to the school, hopping the fence was less than 100 yards.) Never understood why they felt they needed to have a barbed fence top. Another kid in the neighborhood got his sleeve caught on one of the barbs going over....slipped and ended up needing several stitches to fix the gash.

What really drives me up a wall is that nobody sells just the little circular glue thingies. In the stores around here, the glue thingie is pre-attached to the plastic disc, which also includes a new suction cup stand. So, when the glue gives out I have to buy the whole thing (or super glue the old one to the dashboard, which I'm not to sure I want to do).

After my second one lost it's stickiness, I was trying to figure out how to stick the suction cup to the windshield in a way that I wouldn't get pulled over and ticketed when I discovered the bean bag stand, so I tried that instead and have been happy with it since.

I was going to admit that I also lick the disc before putting it on the base, but after Puddles' post, I'm not sure I want to admit to it now...

I am guessing in your country you can not stick a GPS to the window?? You can buy a disk from garmin that has crappy glue on one side and a smooth side. I epoxied it to the dash ans the GPS suction cup sticks to that. It puts the GPS out of the airbags way and near the radio so both driver and passenger can see as well as access it.

Yesterday I didn't take the girls to day care because I worked a short day. Well, she was not happy with staying home so she got into a newly purchased dog toothbrush and toothpaste (never opened) and shredded it.

A what and what paste??
Your so cute. Somebody get a picture of Chris brushing teeth after the little doggy tea party.

Becky  My dogs have always had their own PB jar. I mark it with their initials. We don't share for that very reason.
Lisa, the frozen Kong works really well. It makes the PB last a lot longer and keeps them occupied longer.

We have a thing of Vaseline that says Animals on it. We use it to lube thermometers. Yes I used it in the dark of night for my lips once :-|

I know two dogs that hung themselves on chain link.

About par for the course whenever the dreaded CROP FACTOR comes up. I've ceased to be amazed at the amount of misinformation some people can spout on the topic, or at how staunchly they can defend their misconceptions.
