ID Help - Fly Macro

I started playing around in the macro world and grabbed this photo last night. I'm not sure what it is, some sort of fly?

I took about 40 or so shots at bees, a dragon fly and this thing. The focus area was very tough to keep steady as I can only hold my breath while balancing on rocks for so long.
