How do I put a sparkle on a diamond in CS5?

Find yourself a star/sparkle brush and put it on a separate layer over the spot you want it. A simple internet search will yield you the brushes that you need.

My life is like one big RAW file....way too much post processing needed.

PS should have star brushes by default.
