For this review, I will simply put captions under pictures. Hopefully its straight and to the point. I purchased the F-6 bag from B&H and received it for $90.

The bag is made from canvas and feels very durable and that it will last a while. On the outside, it is very low profile except for a luggage tag and a small logo on the front pocket. I would feel safe walking around a city with this. The bag is very VERY VERY comfortable and because of the materials, wraps around your side rather than bouncing around when you walk. The flap is secured by two metal clasps which are nearly impossible to undo without 2 hands. Domke bags are made in the USA and the quality reflects that stereotype.

Inside is a divider with two smaller sections and two larger ones. I could fit a 70-200f/4L, 18-55 kit lens, and a 50mm f/1.8 and an imaginary speedlite in the middle section. The outside is big enough for a grip'd body. The dividers are movable, but I like the set-up how it is.

The front pocket is good for holding filters, cleaning supplies and etc.

The flap pocket is good for holding manuals and other not-so-bulky items.

Everything I carry in the bag, with room to spare. (Sorry for the crummy cell phone quality.)

What fits inside.

Bottom Line:

I really love this bag, and I'd recommend it to anyone. When I first received it I thought
"Wow. Thats alot smaller than I thought it was going to be." But it ended up holding all my gear with room to spare! It does not have side padding, but to be honest everything that could break (lenses, etc) is sitting in the middle of the bag, so its got everything around it to protect it.

I love the bag too. The only thing is that lenses with hoods will not be able to fit into the bag.

I brought the bag to Shenzhen 4 months ago with 24-70 2.8, 85 1.2, 3x FlexTT5, Sekonic 758DR, 2x 580EXII, 5D2, extra AA batteries, expodisc and filters. Fit a lot in such a small bag.

The Domke F-6 is one of my favorite camera bags. I have had mine for 4 or 5 years now, and it is holding up great.
