I am looking at a 3 stop ND filter. I already have a CPL. Should I just buy two CPL for a "vari ND". Anyone use this?

You'd need one linear and one CPL for that, and typically that will give you a deep blue cast to any images since most polarizing filters can't work evenly across the visible spectrum. Jon
