How to attach camera to light stand

Is there an adapter that can securely attach a camera to a lightstand boom arm. I want to do overhead shots.

There are adapters that will allow you to do this. I dont have a link to share though. Or get something like the Magic Arm.

Highly vibration prone way of shooting, unless you will be using a radio remote to fire the camera, and even then the reflex mirror might cause enough vibration (it can, even on a tripod, which is more vibration resistant than a light stand and boom arm) Shooting in a dimly lit room with electronic flash illumination would address the vibration issue, but not if available light is bright.

A ProSystem Clamper will clamp to just about anything.

In the past I've used super clamps with a stud screwed directly to the camera. Also using a background stand instead of a boom makes for a much more stable setup.
