Thanks! I was shooting my new car, but I loved how the city looked.

I thought this was a nice Photo of lower Manhattan from Weehawken, NJ.

QUOTED IMAGE

Gorgeous photo!

Did you take this from the Weehawken Waterfront Park? I'm going up in April and was planning to go there for some midtown skyline photos, taking a bus from the bus terminal on 42nd and 8th. Of course you should have a nice view of the WTC from there, which you captured, so that may further help decide what to bring.

One more question... Did you crop this significantly, or is this essentially what came out at 96mm on the T6s? I'm using a 5DM3, and was going to bring the 24-105. I might find myself adding a slightly longer lens.

Again, bravo! Great photo!

Yes, this was taken from that park.
No I did no cropping or any real pp, just liked how this came off the camera.

Enjoy your trip up here, I hope you have great weather and lighting for it.

Maybe I am too much a purist but the crane looks good in my opinion and gives a sense of time in history. Keep it!!

Too overcooked for even my tastes!! I am starting to prefer the flatter or clipped profile to this hdr look.
