The Shard. London. UK.
Located at London Bridge and just over 309m (1000 ft) high.
What do you do with a colour shot that is difficult to edit?-?
Convert it to B/W (Greyscale).:-)

Fusiliers' Arch at the entrance of St Stephen's Green, Dublin. Built to commemorate the Irish men who lost their lives fighting for the British army in the second Boer War it is also know as Traitor's Gate for the same reason.

Historical shot, Michael - interesting! A bit of history I was unaware of. Out of curiosity I searched the history of this monument - it seems to have survived all the political upheaval surrounding it from those troubled times.

Are those tram tracks in the road?

Thank you. Glad it survived as it is a very nice feature of my favourite park in Dublin.

Yes, they are the tracks for the Luas tram service.

I did have have a picture of Nelson's Pillar and a few shots from the top - but I can't find it. I returned a year later and it wasn't even a pile of rubble.-?

When I was a kid my parents kept promising to bring me up on the pillar but it never happened. They did bring me to see the rubble though. ߤðߤ

Nicely shot, Michael. Did you lay on your back in the middle of the path or use a tripod?:-)

Thank you. No, I stood in the middle and bent my neck back a long way. The 16mm lens helped a lot.
