For anyone new, like myself, it looks like this is a pretty good site to get started with DPP.

Anyone know of other sites on DPP?

Canon's are good tutorials. Only other's I've seen are on BH's video web site - http://www.video.bhpho​tovideo.com/ (external link)
3 available, search DPP. One also available for RAW Workflow.

Not to nitpick but actual current version (as of today) of DPP is 3.8.1. yet Canon's web site says "v3.2 Available". Just sayin. :p
