Anyone used one of these? Looks pretty cheap, wanted to make sure it would work right. What would a black or white card be used for?

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll have to read a bit more about this to see what I can accomplish with just a card. I don't have the budget for a light meter right now. 1D III 5D II 5D | 580 EX II x 2
