Macro newbie here, please tell me what you think:

PHOTOBUCKET EMBEDDING IS DISABLED BY THIS MEMBER.
Photobucket sends ads instead of embedding photos from their free galleries.
Click the link (if available) below to see the image in a gallery page.

wonderful attempts, from my own personal experience, I would use a tripod for sharper results. The first one appears to be a little soft. Try similar shots with the tripod and see if you like them better. just my thoughts.

DITTO... no 2 also seems a bit noisy/grainy, try it at a lower iso setting....

Nice shots. I agree with the previous suggestions. A tripod and even a remote switch will make your macros a lot sharper.
