Camera is fine but mount and circuit card on 24-70 was broken. Shipped it to Irving, they received it Friday 6/11. Status page still shows "received" and has not been updated with a repair price.

Perhaps you need to give them a call to see what the hold-up is. I live pretty close to Irvine so the turnaround time for cleaning/calibration was within 5 business days. -Ken
